Realtor.com is seeking a Senior Pricing Strategy Analyst to join our Client Analytics & Data Science organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and cross-functional execution, helping to transform how Realtor.com captures value, aligns pricing across offerings, and enables sustainable revenue growth. The ideal candidate brings a mix of strategic thinking, financial acumen, and data fluency, along with a passion for using experimentation to inform monetization decisions.

About the role:

Realtor.com is redefining its client value proposition through smarter, data-informed product pricing and packaging strategies. The Senior Pricing Strategy Analyst will play a pivotal role in this transformation, bridging Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to develop scalable, customer-centric monetization models that drive long-term success.

As a Senior Pricing Strategy Analyst, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, and Data Science to develop and optimize pricing models that align with Realtor.com’s business goals and client needs. You will use data and experimentation to identify opportunities for price differentiation, assess willingness-to-pay, and evaluate the performance of various monetization approaches.

This is a hybrid strategy + analytics role that contributes directly to Realtor.com’s monetization roadmap, balancing deep analytical rigor with business storytelling to influence senior stakeholders and shape the future of our pricing architecture. You will help define how Realtor.com approaches monetization in a competitive and fast-moving marketplace, providing the analytical backbone for pricing and product decisions that enable a culture of experimentation and data-driven growth.

Top Reasons to Apply

  • Massive White Space & High Visibility: Over the past year, Realtor.com has successfully stood up a brand-new Pricing Organization. We’ve built the data foundation; now, we are in Phase 2—hardening the function and scaling it out. If you love being in the spotlight and want a massive say in shaping a critical business function from the ground up, this is your stage.

  • Highly Valued Executive Investment: This team isn't tucked away in a back room—it is one of the most heavily backed, highly valued investment areas within the company. You will have a front-row seat to a significant roadmap of strategic initiatives, giving your work direct, measurable airtime with executive leadership.

  • Move Beyond the Dashboards: We aren't looking for someone to maintain Power BI dashboards or pull passive data tickets. We already have talented data scientists and analysts. We need a commercially minded strategist who can look at pricing mechanics, understand market dynamics, and drive actual revenue strategy.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and refine cross-product pricing strategies to ensure alignment and consistency across Realtor.com’s portfolio.
  • Develop and test data-driven pricing and packaging frameworks grounded in customer value and business performance.
  • Act as the bridge between Product, Sales, Analytics, and Marketing, harmonizing pricing decisions, priorities, and governance.
  • Build and maintain SQL-based pricing models and financial simulations to analyze scenarios and guide recommendations.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence to benchmark pricing structures, feature differentiation, and market trends.
  • Partner with Sales and Deal Desk to provide analytical guidance on complex or multi-product deal structures.
  • Establish scalable pricing processes, dashboards, and governance tools for ongoing tracking and insight delivery.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable narratives for senior leadership, connecting data to business outcomes.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field with 5+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in pricing strategy, monetization analytics, or experimentation, preferably within digital marketplaces, SaaS, or organizations focused on pricing.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, with proven experience working on large, complex datasets to support pricing and monetization insights.
  • Skilled in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Amplitude, and Looker to translate analytical results into clear business narratives.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to distill technical findings into concise, actionable insights for both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to convert data-driven insights into strategic recommendations that influence senior leadership decisions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM analytics, as well as competitive market tracking and benchmarking, is preferred.
