Northrop Grumman Enterprise Global Supply Chain (EGSC) is seeking a Senior Principal Supply Chain Business Operations/Compliance Specialist to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be FT remote and can be performed anywhere within the continental United States. Telework arrangements are subject to change based on the needs of the business.
The Sr Principal Supply Chain Business Operations Compliance Specialist will be positioned under Regulatory Compliance and will be responsible for all processes and activities within global supply chain related to Commercial Determinations.
Responsibilities:
- Audit commercial documentation to ensure compliance with Northrop Grumman’s Government Procurement Manual and Federal Acquisition Regulations related to commercial Products/Services.
- Provide subject matter expertise in all aspects of Global Supply Chain (GSC) Compliance
- Supports CPSR Audits
- Knowledge with ERP systems, specifically SAP and Costpoint
- Successful candidate must remain up to date in FAR/DFARS regulations, Terms and Conditions, and Procurement Manuals.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years experience in Global Supply Chain OR Master's degree and 6+ years experience in Global Supply Chain.
- Experience in United States Government Global Supply Chain.
- Experience reviewing or performing Commercial Determinations.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tool suite; especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel and other tools as necessary.
- Knowledge and understanding of all Regulatory Compliance areas.
- Experience interfacing with all levels of employees and Leadership.
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within critical deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, as well as project management, analytical, planning and presentation skills are required.
- Demonstrated ability to build and foster effective relationships with others.
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience reviewing Commercial Determinations in accordance with internal procedures and federal regulations.
- Candidates should have the ability to obtain, and maintain, a DOD Secret level security clearance as a condition of continued employment.
- Experience in company operating element policies and procedures.
- Experience in the company’s internal audit process, Contractor Purchasing Analysis and Compliance Evaluation process or equivalent.
- Previous experience supporting cross functional teams.
- Experience reviewing Drawings, Specs, SOWs.
