· Facilitate improvement workshops and working sessions that align stakeholders, clarify decisions, and produce executable action plans.

· Promote a continuous improvement culture across Finance through standard practices, coaching, disciplined execution, and measurable outcomes.

· Portfolio Governance & Execution

· Lead a portfolio of department-wide and cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution with clear scope, owners, timelines, decision points, and accountability for results.

· Prioritize initiatives based on business value, risk reduction, control improvement, capacity creation, customer impact, and implementation complexity.
