About the Product Experience (PX) team
We're a diverse group of creative people who love to learn, collaborate, and solve large-scale problems. We're looking for an inquisitive, curious, and highly technical Senior Product Designer to join our team.
Your work will impact the core infrastructure of a product used by millions of people daily. As a Senior Product Designer on the Platform team, you will focus on enterprise-readiness, ensuring our user experience is scalable and works for the most sophisticated needs while being approachable to everyone. We are looking for a "designer who builds" and leverages modern workflows, including AI-augmented design and development, to deliver quickly and bridge the gap between design intent and production.
If you're a systems-thinking Senior Product Designer who's excited to work on significant, meaningful, and complex problems with real-world impact, come help us make the Internet better! We'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do
  • Design holistic, end-to-end experiences that transform complex technical constraints into approachable, enterprise-grade product experiences
  • Partner deeply with product and engineering leaders to navigate technical tradeoffs and shape the long-term platform roadmap, facilitate cross-functional design reviews
  • Collaborate across product areas to build shared patterns and design goals that ensure a cohesive experience for enterprise use-cases across products
  • Scale design's impact and influence throughout the organization by sharing design decisions, concepts, and demos
  • Be an early adopter of AI-assisted design and "vibe coding" tools (Windsurf, OpenCode, etc.), experiment with modern workflows and share learnings with the broader team
  • Move fluidly between Figma and code, for example creating prototypes or designing in code; utilizing the right tools depending on the job
Examples of desirable skills, knowledge, and experience
  • 8+ years of professional experience in product design, ideally within enterprise or platform-centric environments
  • Strong systems thinker capable of managing complex logic and technical constraints without compromising on visual or interaction quality
  • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear UX approaches and proposals
  • High technical fluency and comfort in a code editor; you are a "designer who builds" and understands how your work translates to production
  • Proactive use of generative AI and developer-centric tools to accelerate ideation and increase output quality
  • Experience with developer tools, network services, or cloud infrastructure is a significant plus
