  • Build and scale core compliance capabilities including sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, risk rating, suspicious activity detection, reporting, and operational tooling

  • Partner with Compliance and Legal teams to translate global regulatory requirements into clear product requirements and scalable technical solutions

  • Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to build risk-based, data-driven controls bringing to bear AI/ML models for real-time and near real-time detection

  • Establish measurable control frameworks and benchmarks to optimize efficiency, reduce false positives, and improve operational efficiency

  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Payments, Marketplace, Risk, and Live product teams to embed compliance into new launches and international expansion

What you will bring:

  • Bachelors or masters degree in Engineering, Management etc.

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including experience in Payments, AML, Sanctions, Financial Crime Compliance, or Trust & Risk

  • Strong knowledge of global AML regulations, sanctions regimes (e.g., OFAC, EU, UK), risk rating frameworks, and transaction monitoring systems

  • Experience building and scaling risk or compliance platforms in complex, regulated environments

  • Proven ability to translate regulatory and policy requirements into well-defined product and engineering roadmaps

  • Strong analytical abilities with experience using data, experimentation, and risk metrics to inform decisions
