Are you a systems-minded builder who loves crafting seamless, high-stakes mobile experiences? You will lead the charge in delivering world-class trading tools to a huge community of active traders, ensuring that our mobile ecosystem is the most reliable and fun in the industry.

This role is ideal for a product leader with deep experience in consumer Fintech apps who excels at translating complex web functionalities into intuitive native mobile journeys. You’ll align cross-functional teams to ship features that measurably improve mobile activation, engagement, and retention at a massive scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Mobile Roadmap: Define and execute the vision for our iOS and Android apps, focusing on native-first experiences like biometric security, push notifications, and high-performance charting.
  • Build for Scale: Lead releases for a high-volume user base, ensuring stability and performance where even 0.1% variances in auth rates or crash-free sessions have a material impact.
  • Bridge the Gap between Web and Native: Translate complex trading features, payments, and social features into mobile-optimized flows that feel fast and trustworthy.
  • Optimize Mobile Funnels: Run rigorous A/B tests on mobile-specific onboarding and checkout flows to maximize conversion and long-term retention.
  • Collaborative Execution: Coordinate with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to ship impactful mobile updates through a disciplined CI/CD and feature flag process.
  • Align stakeholders on the roadmap and maintain crisp communication on scope, status, and decisions, driving value for our payment eco-system.

Required Qualifications and Key Competencies

  • 5-8 years in Product Management, with at least 3 years focused on high-growth consumer apps, ideally in the Fintech or Trading space.
  • Native Expertise: Proven track record shipping and maintaining top-tier native applications for both iOS and Android.
  • Scale & Performance: Experience managing mobile products with hundreds of thousands of users, with a deep understanding of mobile-specific performance metrics and crash analysis.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Comfortable using mobile analytics and SQL to prove ROI on new features and experiments.
  • Execution & coordination: Proven record aligning multiple teams and shipping complex releases without losing the thread on outcomes.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication with the ability to create structure in ambiguity and drive clear decisions.

Company Culture & Perks

  • Topstep is an engaging working environment which ranges from fully remote to hybrid. We foster a culture of collaboration with cameras-on during meetings and a robust Slack environment for communication.
  • Seven Company-paid Holidays that are front loaded.
  • Competitive 401(k) matching, health, dental, and vision insurance is offered for full time employees.
  • Vacations are encouraged with a bonus for taking 5 consecutive days. Employee referrals are bonused. Topstep offers a food and groceries budget and contributes towards health and wellness.

Company Culture & Perks

  • $160,000 - $190,000.
  • Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
  • The compensation offered will take into account the internal compensation structure and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
