As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of IMO’s EHR-integrated revenue cycle solutions. You are a strategic thinker and product evangelist, passionate about solving real healthcare problems through innovative and market-leading revenue cycle solutions. You lead with curiosity, collaborate cross-functionally, and operate with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Define and champion the product vision and strategy for revenue cycle solutions, ensuring alignment with IMO’s broader business objectives.
- Lead the development and execution of outcome-driven product roadmaps that solve real customer problems and deliver measurable value.
- Mentor and guide product team members, including Product Owners and subject matter experts, to foster growth and operational excellence.
- Deeply understand customer EHR workflows, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and shape product direction.
- Deeply understand end-to-end revenue cycle workflows, including coding, billing, claims management, prior authorization, medical necessity, and payer-provider interactions to inform strategic product decisions and deliver solutions that solve real healthcare challenges.
- Own the product lifecycle – from discovery through delivery and commercialization, ensuring quality and timely execution.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, architecture, client services, and go-to-market teams to develop and launch scalable, user-centric solutions.
- Work with shared engineering and product owner teams across IMO, managing priorities and alignment on delivery goals.
- Conduct market and user research to validate needs and prioritize investments.
- Develop clear business cases, requirements, and user stories tied to strategic outcomes.
- Navigate trade-offs across business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and finance on positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with sales leadership in customer meetings, demos, and marketing campaigns to support adoption and retention.
- Drive internal and external product communications and release planning.
- Represent the voice of the customer and be a subject matter expert internally and externally.
- Contribute to webinars, blogs, and other marketing content to promote product capabilities.
- Engage with customers during calls and demos, gather feedback, and work with Growth, Implementation, and Client Success to support adoption and long-term value.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 7+ years in product management, strategy, or related roles, including ownership of complex portfolios.
- Experience in revenue cycle within a healthcare organization or building revenue cycle solutions (e.g., coding, billing, claims, medical necessity, prior authorization).
- Proven success driving adoption, growth, and innovation in healthcare technology products integrated with EHRs.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority in agile environments.
- Strong understanding of clinical and financial workflows, payer-provider dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with API-based products and working knowledge of modern technology stacks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to varied audiences.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to execution details.
- Comfort with tactical execution and roadmap development in coordination with multiple teams.
- Experience engaging directly with customers through calls, events, and other public-facing activities.
- Knowledge of competitive and AI-driven revenue cycle solutions is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for team collaboration or customer engagements.
