We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Global Operations Program Manager to lead and optimize our worldwide operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex international programs, driving operational excellence, and collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams. This strategic role requires a highly self‑directed and accountable leader with exceptional communication, creativity, and problem‑solving skills to ensure the seamless execution of global initiatives in a technology‑driven Utilities & Energy environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic global initiatives that strengthen operational excellence, scalability, and resilience across worldwide operations supporting Utilities & Energy technology solutions.
  • Develop and execute multi‑year operational roadmaps aligned with business objectives, customer outcomes, and enterprise priorities, while continuously identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Own end‑to‑end program management for complex, cross‑functional global operations programs, ensuring accountable planning, execution, risk management, and delivery.
  • Partner collaboratively across functions, including Product Business Units, Research & Development, Product Marketing, Global Operations (procurement, manufacturing, logistics, quality), and Finance to ensure alignment, transparency, and consistent standards.
  • Drive global supply chain optimization, including inventory management, manufacturing operations, logistics, and supplier performance, with a strong focus on resiliency, compliance, and customer impact.
  • Establish and maintain global quality and compliance frameworks, working closely with Regulatory Affairs to meet applicable regional and international regulations.
  • Define, track, and analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to measure program success, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and customer value.
  • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks to global operations programs, ensuring business continuity and reliable service delivery.
  • Serve as a trusted leader and communicator, influencing stakeholders at all levels through clear, authentic, and data‑driven insights.
  • Champion an agile, self‑directed operating model, empowering teams to innovate, adapt quickly, and deliver high‑impact results in a fast‑evolving global environment.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive Program Management experience, including leadership of large‑scale, complex, global operations or supply chain programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in a Senior Global Operations, Supply Chain, or Program Management leadership role, preferably within a technology‑driven Utilities & Energy environment.
  • Deep knowledge of global supply chain principles, supply chain resiliency, manufacturing operations, logistics, inventory management, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to operate as a self‑driven, accountable, and highly organized leader who can manage ambiguity, set priorities, and deliver results without constant supervision.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience influencing cross‑functional and global stakeholders.
  • Experience leveraging supply chain and operations technologies to improve visibility, efficiency, and performance.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer‑centric outcomes, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, APICS, CSCMP, or equivalent operations or supply chain credentials.
  • Experience building and scaling resilient global supply chains across diverse geographic regions and regulatory environments.
  • Knowledge of cultural considerations and change management in global business operations.
  • Background in technology-enabled operations supporting Utilities, Energy, or adjacent regulated industries.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience and may vary by location. The base salary is $139,000-218,500 annually. This position is eligible for our annual bonus program.
