You’ll coordinate analyst briefings and inquiries, manage research calendars, oversee deliverables for analyst evaluations, track program metrics, and ensure cross-functional initiatives remain organized and on schedule.

You’ll serve as the operational backbone of the Analyst Relations team: building scalable processes, maintaining program visibility, and helping transform complex initiatives into well-executed programs. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to keep multiple stakeholders aligned around common goals.

While previous Analyst Relations experience is a plus, it is not required. We’re looking for someone with strong program management skills, experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and a passion for operational excellence.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Own Analyst Relations Program Execution: Coordinate the ongoing cadence of analyst briefings, inquiries, advisory sessions, industry events, and research participation by managing schedules, timelines, agendas, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate Industry Research: Manage project plans for analyst evaluations including Gartner, IDC, Forrester, GigaOm, EMA, ISG, and other firms by coordinating contributors, tracking milestones, facilitating reviews, and ensuring timely submissions.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Partner closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Corporate Marketing, Executive Staff, Customer Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to coordinate deliverables supporting Analyst Relations initiatives.
  • Build Operational Excellence: Maintain project plans, annual calendars, analyst databases, relationship tracking, knowledge repositories, documentation, and standard operating procedures that improve consistency and scalability across the Analyst Relations function.
  • Measure Program Success: Track and report on Analyst Relations KPIs including briefing activity, report publication schedules, analyst engagements, competitive coverage, and overall program performance.
  • Improve Processes: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, improve documentation, and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Analyst Relations program.
  • Support Executive Engagements: Coordinate executive briefing logistics, prepare meeting materials, develop timelines, manage follow-up activities, and ensure executives are well-prepared for analyst interactions.
What You'll Need:
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, marketing operations, product marketing, communications, Analyst Relations, or a related function within a B2B enterprise software company.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs involving numerous stakeholders, competing priorities, and tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships across cross-functional teams and effectively collaborate with senior leaders.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently while proactively driving initiatives forward.
  • Tools and tech: experience using project management platforms such as Asana or similar tools, strong proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack, familiarity and use of enterprise AI (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini) as well as an AI-first mindset
