Responsible for end-to-end business process activities, including creating, controlling, and improving business processes that span the organization. This role falls within the Strategic Initiatives and Operational Support (SIOS) team, where you'll represent senior leadership interests in internal and external initiatives. In some cases, you may even be an active team member on broader WellMed program strategy initiatives.
To excel in this position, you'll need a unique skill set that includes leading collaborative groups of functional leaders to document and analyze business processes. You'll also make recommendations on improving performance and closing gaps both vertically and horizontally within internal and external organizations. Additionally, you'll provide project management expertise in project planning, execution, and monitoring. This includes understanding workflow and creating a collaborative environment to ensure alignment of strategy and approach throughout the organization.

Essential Job Functions
- Responsible for overseeing end-to-end business process activities, including creating, controlling, and continuously improving them.
- Leads a collaborative group of functional leads in documenting and analyzing business processes. By analyzing these processes, they identify areas for improvement and propose recommendations to enhance performance and close gaps throughout the enterprise.
- Oversees and manages the operational aspects of assigned projects, ensuring that they are executed effectively. To achieve this, they establish and maintain a project management framework that provides a solid foundation for the project core team to successfully execute projects.
- Provides project management expertise in all aspects of project planning, execution, and monitoring. They closely monitor project progress, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Maintains and analyzes project schedules, preparing regular status reports for management and key stakeholders. These reports provide valuable insights into project progress and help identify any potential issues or challenges.
- Responsible for documenting and updating workflow, training plans, policies, and procedures. By effectively communicating these changes, they ensure the organization's adaptability and efficiency.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, including creation, design, specification, development, implementation, and overall change management.
- Identify and analyze trends, strategies, and tactics to enhance productivity and drive positive performance on organizational key performance metrics and improve the customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for organizational scalability, including increased productivity and reduced costs.
- Communicate and provide reports to key stakeholders to ensure projects align with the business's goals and objectives.
- Identify, develop, and present recommendations; implement approved solutions.
- Audit, compile, and analyze data to create reports for Steering Committees.
- Consistently demonstrate and apply their knowledge and abilities to lead initiatives using Six Sigma and/or Lean methodologies.

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in full life cycle project management experience including project ROI assessment, project team management and change control management, or healthcare operations experience
- Experience with process mapping methodology and creating process maps
- Advanced PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Outlook, Smartsheet, and Share Point,)
- Possession of solid analytical/statistical skills used in evaluating and analyzing data
- Ability to interact one-on-one and consult with all levels of leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or LSS Certification
- 2+ years of Healthcare or clinic operations experience
- Solid foundation of agile project management principles
- Ability to influence group relationships with diverse geographic locations, skills and level of understanding of company processes and policy
- Ability to plan, prioritize, organize and complete complex work efforts to meet established objectives
- Ability to collaborate ad coordinate work with other team members. Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
