About the Role:
Health-E Commerce is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to build out a PMO (Project Management Office) and play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives to completion. This person will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and tracking of simultaneous customer projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to agreed standard and budget.
You’ll work across all functions while reporting to the CTO. We are looking for someone who goes above and beyond each day and has a pioneering, can-do attitude to help the business reach new heights. You’ll need to have a problem-solving mindset and not be afraid to ask questions and learn as you go.
Project Management:
- Work cross-functionally to lead high-impact projects and initiatives forward as the key person driving them to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company objectives. These will include initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Technology, Engineering, Legal, Compliance and other departments as required.
- Provide strategic support on a range of complex projects, advising, consulting, and supporting the Leadership Team and key internal and external business partners on strategic priorities.
- Provide feedback, advice, project updates, and encouragement to team members. Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness.
- Manage issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery
- Monitor progress and report on the status of key initiatives
- Create a detailed project plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project, working back from the customer enrolment date.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders; facilitate effective decision-making by presenting project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and steering committees.
Operational Efficiency:
- Optimize internal processes and workflows to improve organizational efficiency.
- Act as advisor and offer insights and analysis to assist in decision making. This includes researching and evaluating potential opportunities or challenges followed by recommendations.
- Provide structure support across multiple functional areas to the delivery process and execution of confidential operational tasks, special projects, and complex issues.
- Support the development and/or implementation of companywide projects and programs.
- Supervise and report on key performance indicators and metrics.
Strategy Alignment and Support
- Lead the strategic planning process to create operational cadence and an organizational drumbeat for Global Stanley teams.
- Work with both internal and external partners to find opportunities to improve and streamline existing business processes, decision making, meeting effectiveness and communications.
- Determine the resources (time, support, interdependencies, etc.) required to complete the project.
About You:
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience within an ecommerce and/or software or service industries.
- A recognized project management qualification is preferred.
- Must have previously built out a PMO and implemented processes and procedures for best in class project management
- Track record of working with internal and external project team members and communicating to stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-starter; someone with initiative and the ability to champion a project from conception through implementation.

Health-E Commerce's compensation philosophy is grounded in market data and internal equity to ensure fairness and consistency across the team. Individuals new to the company should generally expect offers to fall between the entry point and midpoint of the salary range. Our goal is to provide an offer that supports growth potential within the role and allows for future salary progression.
- Compensation: $130,000 - $170,000
- Discretionary Annual Bonus Eligibility: Up to 15%
