Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in a related field required
- A Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Science (BA/BS) preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through Project Management Institute (PMI) preferred
- Understanding of financial processes; ability to understand, analyze and create financial reports
- Extensive experience with people management, strategic planning, and change management
- Proven experience with risk management; demonstrated ability to communicate appropriately to leadership
- Understanding of and the ability to utilize the process of stakeholder analysis
- Ability to work independently and aggressively track to project timelines
- Demonstrate a high-level of customer care
- Possess adequate interpersonal (soft) skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
- Crisis management & conflict resolution experience

- Good understanding of project management tools (CA Clarity & MS Project) and processes to perform duties

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

What is the ATC?
Our Advanced Technology Center (ATC) is like no other testing and research lab. We call it an ecosystem that is front ended by our WWT Platform (Website). It's the place engineers and architects go for exclusive resources, guidance and tools. In the ATC, we provide Labs, Learning Paths, Cyber Range, Proof of Concepts, Lab Hosting Programs, and WWT Research. These offerings are meant for our Customers, Partners, and Internal Employees who need training and education on the latest and greatest solutions across all technology domains.

You will play a key role on a team dedicated to supporting customer and OEM testing engagements in the ATC. You will be exposed to all the innovation the ATC ecosystem has to offer and will become a trusted advisor to WWT account teams and our customers.
What Will You Be Doing?The Sr Project Mgr will be responsible for managing and supporting a variety of customer lab projects and programs in the ATC.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple and large complex projects with multiple work streams
- Ability to create in depth WBS with interdependencies and a defined critical path
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills; Develop and execute an efficient internal and external communication strategy for ensuring communication with all levels of management within the team
- Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders
- Build and strengthen relationships with the customer and stakeholders (internal and external)
- Responsible for creation and maintenance of resource plans ensuring effective resource allocation and distribution across portfolio of projects
- Utilize project management tools and techniques to improve execution and drive efficiencies.
- Implements engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology
- Ensure profitable and successful execution of all assigned engagements as measured by regional goals and customer feedback
- Proactively manage changes in project scope
- Effectively create and execute risk management plans
- Manage and analyze profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization across projects
- Understand and manage key project financial components to ensure projects are delivered within budget
- Responsible for quality and timely execution of deliverables across projects
