As a Senior Revenue Operations Engineer at Go Nimbly, you’ll be at the forefront of designing, planning, executing, supporting, and abstracting solutions for our customers and partners. You'll navigate through JavaScript and Salesforce Apex code, demonstrating strategic thinking while remaining detail-oriented and managing multiple projects in parallel.

On a given day, a Sr RevOps Engineer will spend time:

  • Writing Apex, SOQL, JavaScript (server/client), HTML, CSS, React.

  • Deploying autonomous AI workflows to reduce manual sales tasks.

  • Implementing open source libraries and design concepts to improve infrastructure.

  • Defining and orchestrating the technical blueprint for process improvements, from data flow mapping to tool configuration.

  • Building adaptive outbound sequences that leverage AI to streamline and accelerate outreach for GTM teams.

  • Estimating engineering effort, planning implementation, and rolling out system changes.

About you

  • You have 6 - 8 years of experience as an engineer in the revenue operations space.

  • You display deep technical expertise in Apex, SOQL, and full-stack development to produce high quality code.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Outreach, Intercom, and related tools used to increase pipeline generation for sales representatives.

  • You assess trade-offs between developing custom functionality and leverage existing systems or software.

  • You have a technical interest, a knowledge of SaaS companies, and excellent presentation skills (all three are part of our day-to-day!).

  • Experience with AI capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem is a huge plus!

The base salary for this role is $110,000 - $140,000 USD. Adjustment based on geographical location and final salary decision will be in accordance with leveling. In addition to a base salary, this role is eligible for a performance bonus plan.
