At TTEC Digital, we coach clients to ensure their employees feel valued, and fully supported, because an amazing customer experience is an employee first process. Our vision is the same, a place where employees know they can thrive.

As a Sr. Sales Executive for TTEC Digital working remotely, you’ll drive new-logo growth through the sale of Amazon Connect as well as conversational and agentic AI professional and managed services. You’ll help enterprise organizations transform customer engagement by combining AI, cloud, data, CX strategy, and technology.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll own the full sales cycle focused on identifying, penetrating, and winning net-new enterprise customers. You’ll target organizations looking to modernize their contact centers, transform customer service, improve self-service, and leverage AI to automate and enhance customer interactions.

You’ll sell the business value of Amazon Connect and AWS AI capabilities—including Amazon Q in Connect and AI agents—combined with TTEC Digital’s consulting, technology, data, AI, and implementation expertise. AWS’s current Connect capabilities support AI-powered self-service, real-time agent assistance, conversational analytics, knowledge-driven responses, and AI agents that can take actions to resolve customer needs.

Key Areas of Focus Include:

  • Identify, target, penetrate, and close net-new enterprise accounts.
  • Pipeline creation: Personally generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, executive outreach, account mapping, partners, events, and referrals.
  • Amazon Connect & Conversational AI Selling: Position Amazon Connect, Amazon Q in Connect, Connect AI agents, and AWS AI to drive contact center modernization, customer service transformation, AI-powered self-service, agent assistance, automation, and digital CX.
  • Build relationships with senior leaders across CX, Customer Service, Contact Center, Technology, Digital, Data & AI, and Operations.
  • Uncover business challenges and build compelling cases around CX, cost reduction, automation, revenue growth, and transformation.
  • Partner with TTEC Digital solution architects, consultants, and delivery leaders to develop differentiated solutions.
  • Orchestrate internal and customer stakeholders through complex transformation sales cycles.
  • Differentiate TTEC Digital against CX, CCaaS, AI, cloud, and services competitors.
  • Achieve new-logo targets while maintaining accurate pipeline, opportunity strategies, close plans, and forecasts.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Research and prioritize net-new commercial and enterprise accounts with contact center, CX, cloud, or AI transformation potential.
  • Develop account-entry strategies and identify whitespace, buying centers, influencers, champions, and economic buyers.
  • Prospect directly into senior executives and create opportunities where no existing TTEC relationship exists.
  • Conduct executive discovery to uncover business challenges, transformation initiatives, technology environments, and priorities.
  • Create demand around Amazon Connect, conversational AI, agentic AI, and customer-service automation.
  • Position TTEC Digital as the transformation partner combining AWS technology with strategy, consulting, data, AI, implementation, and managed services.
  • Develop business cases demonstrating outcomes such as improved self-service, reduced cost-to-serve, increased agent productivity, and improved CX.
  • Partner with solution architects and AWS experts on demonstrations, proposals, solution designs, business cases, and executive presentations.
  • Aggressively advance opportunities from qualification through solution development, negotiation, and close.
  • Maintain a healthy self-generated new-logo pipeline and accurate forecast.
  • Monitor competitors and market developments to refine account and territory strategies.
What You Bring to the Role
  • 5+ years of enterprise technology, cloud, SaaS, CCaaS, CX, AI, or professional services sales experience.
  • Proven new-logo hunter with a track record of personally originating and closing enterprise customers.
  • Consistent achievement or overachievement of aggressive sales quotas.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-generate pipeline rather than rely primarily on inbound, existing accounts, or partners.
  • Success selling complex six- and seven-figure technology transformation solutions.
  • Experience selling into Contact Center, CX, Digital, Technology, Data & AI, or Operations.
  • Experience selling Amazon Connect, AWS, CCaaS, conversational AI, contact center technology, cloud transformation, or adjacent solutions.
  • Ability to create demand for customers who may not yet be evaluating.
  • Ability to establish credibility with senior business and technology leaders.
  • Proven consultative and value-selling skills.
  • Ability to independently develop territory, account, and opportunity strategies.
  • Competitive selling, negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
