Working with Cadence’s corporate, product marking teams and account team, the goal for the Ecosystem Development Manager is to build and align strategic co-selling and communication collaborations between Cadence and a number of Tier 1 eco-system Partner. These goals may include shifting/elevating the brand, creating alignment opportunities, generating co-selling leads, or increasing sales via new partner channels.

You will be working with Cadence’s Customer to grow joint business  and/or marketing campaigns and align executives and operations based on current market trends, competitors and tactical events-based opportunities. The role requires active engagement with both internal and external stakeholders to drive focused and effective strategies and programs that deliver measurable business development, relationship and public relations results.

Overall Objectives of the Position:

  • Act as the main interface between the customers' and Cadence marketing teams; maintain positive and productive relationships
  • Increase market share of both Cadence and the customers— promote mutually beneficial expansion of market share, brand perception and partner channels
  • Expand existing customers’  perception of Cadence capabilities for both Cadence and the partner
  • Nurture partnerships with an eye on possible long term business relationship
  • Developing and directing the development of partner-focused programs, content and collateral to drive partner channel sales and awareness
  • Actively promote partner engagement by planning and producing awareness activities such as campaigns, content and events
  • Identify, plan and execute impactful public relations or in person event experiences that align to business goals and objectives
  • Training sales as to the value proposition of the customer
  • Generate and support Cadence sales teams, to develop qualified leads through ecosystem evaluation
  • Strategic product development opportunities based on observed need or gaps in the portfolio 
  • Enhance stickiness of Cadence relationship to key partner(s)
  • Opportunity to introduce Partner to new customers, potentially via internal sales training
  • Report and analyze program performance and sales pipeline to ensure ROI for investments and efforts

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • min. 7 year of Business Development / Partner marketing experience around EDA and Foundry business
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including storytelling and content writing skills.
  • Program management experience
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

The annual salary range for California is $143,500 to $266,500. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
