About the Role:

CrowdStrike seeks a Senior Manager, Services Sales – Incident Response Triage to drive sales and business development of incident response triage services within an assigned territory or customer segment. This role is responsible for building customer relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and positioning CrowdStrike's incident response triage capabilities with enterprise customers, insurance carriers, legal counsel, and brokers. The Senior Manager will serve as a trusted advisor for complex incident response engagements and contribute to regional sales strategy execution.

What You'll Do:

  • Sales Execution & Pipeline Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for incident response triage services; manage sales pipeline; achieve/exceed assigned sales targets; develop and execute territory or segment-specific sales plans.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise customers, insurance carriers, legal firms, and brokers; serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts; understand customer needs and position CrowdStrike solutions effectively.

  • Services Sales Expertise: Demonstrate strong knowledge of CrowdStrike's incident response triage portfolio, capabilities, and engagement models; articulate value proposition to specific customer segments; support deal negotiations and contract discussions.

  • Cross-Sell Motion & Portfolio Expansion: Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities by positioning complementary CrowdStrike products and services (endpoint protection, threat intelligence, managed services) to existing triage customers; collaborate with Account Management and Sales teams to expand customer wallet share; contribute to regional cross-sell strategy execution.

  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning: Monitor competitive landscape and market trends; identify opportunities to position CrowdStrike competitively; communicate market insights to leadership and sales team.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Services Delivery, Account Management, Sales, and Legal teams to ensure seamless customer engagements; coordinate with internal stakeholders to support customer success and retention.

  • Team Contribution & Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to team success through best practice sharing; mentor junior team members when appropriate; participate in team initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Customer Success & Retention: Ensure positive customer experiences; manage customer expectations; identify expansion and retention opportunities; contribute to customer satisfaction metrics.

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of enterprise software/services sales experience, with 2+ years in incident response, cybersecurity services, or related technical services domain

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Understanding of incident response services, triage processes, and customer engagement models

  • Relationships and credibility with enterprise customers, insurance carriers, legal firms, or brokers

  • Ability to engage with C-suite and technical stakeholders

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

  • Experience in a competitive sales environment

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $105,000 - $163,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
