About the Role

We are hiring a Sr. Business Sourcer to help build the teams driving Fetch’s growth, partnerships, operations, and business strategy.

This role is responsible for identifying and engaging top talent across Sales, GTM, Finance, corporate, and business functions, with an emphasis on building proactive pipelines for high-impact roles. You will partner with Recruiters and leaders to understand where the business is headed, translate that into thoughtful search strategies, and connect Fetch with talent that can help move the company forward.

The right person for this role brings strong market judgment, creative sourcing instincts, and the ability to uncover talent beyond the most obvious paths. This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in how Fetch hires across functions that directly influence growth, execution, and long-term scale.

This is a Full-Time Temporary (1 year) position that can be based in one of our US offices or remotely within the United States.

Role Responsibilities
  • Build targeted pipelines across business-critical functions, including Sales, GTM, Finance, Marketing, Strategy & Operations, People, and other corporate areas as needed
  • Partner with Recruiters and hiring leaders to clarify role priorities, candidate profiles, and target talent markets
  • Turn ambiguous or evolving hiring needs into clear search hypotheses, target profiles, company landscapes, and talent maps
  • Identify exceptional and non-obvious talent beyond the companies, titles, and backgrounds most recruiters naturally target
  • Build pipelines that improve both hiring velocity and the caliber of talent entering Fetch's interview process
  • Develop deep market intelligence: where relevant talent sits, how talent moves, which companies are producing it, and where Fetch has an opportunity to compete differently
  • Use early pipeline and conversion data to diagnose search problems and rapidly adjust targeting, messaging, or search strategy
  • Challenge assumptions when market evidence suggests the target profile, level, location, compensation, or search strategy needs to change
  • Bring high judgment to candidate identification and calibration, articulating why someone is or is not worth pursuing beyond keyword or résumé alignment
  • Design differentiated engagement strategies for passive, highly sought-after talent and build relationships that extend beyond an individual opening
  • Use AI, automation, sourcing technology, and data to expand market coverage and reduce low-value manual work without sacrificing candidate quality or personalization
  • Turn insights from individual searches into reusable talent maps, market intelligence, and sourcing strategies that strengthen future hiring
  • Represent Fetch in the market with professionalism, clarity, and a strong understanding of our value proposition

Minimum Requirements
  • 6+ years of sourcing experience supporting Sales or corporate roles
  • Demonstrated success building pipelines for competitive, high-impact searches
  • Strong understanding of how business functions and talent profiles align with company performance and growth
  • Ability to assess candidate quality beyond titles and company logos
  • Strong written communication skills and experience creating differentiated outreach
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and translate broad role direction into actionable sourcing strategies
  • Experience partnering effectively with recruiters and stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Strong working knowledge of modern sourcing platforms, research methods, ATS/CRM systems, and talent intelligence tools; Gem experience is strongly preferred
  • High ownership, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Demonstrated use of AI, automation, or emerging sourcing technology to improve research depth, market coverage, personalization, or operating efficiency
