About the Role:

As a Senior System Integration Analyst, you will bridge the gap between client business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for eliciting, understanding, and documenting business requirements from both internal and external stakeholders, transforming them into industry-standard business solutions.

In this role, you will deeply embed yourself in our operations to identify areas for system improvement, manage end-to-end testing processes, and coordinate large-scale project timelines across multiple teams. You are a critical communicator who can effortlessly translate complex technical integration concepts for business users, developers, and clients alike.

What the Candidate Will Do

  • Elicit, understand, document, test, and support, business requirements presented by internal and external stakeholders; Build a business solution encompassing industry standard best practices; Effetely convey business requirements to business users, developers, and customers
  • Learn Operations use of the system and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Execute and participate in the testing process for large projects as well as individual change requests, including unit, integration, regression, and performance with a focus on minimizing defects and rework
  • Provide a baseline estimate for a group of requests; Provide scopes for change requests and defects
  • Plan and schedule the sequencing of events involved in large scale efforts based on Uber Freight Development Cycles, including the coordination of cross-team participants
  • Provide support for implementations to Developers and Technical Support, and provide testing support to QA during functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
  • Join client-facing discussions to deliver technical insight and streamline the integration process.
  • Effectively convey complex business and technical requirements to business users, developers, and external customers.

Basic Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior API and/or EDI experience
  • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience or related experience within the Transportation, Logistics, or Supply chain industry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of basic project management principles
  • Advanced functions of Google Suite
  • Experience leading small teams
  • Transportation industry knowledge, including key terminology; and general knowledge of primary customer industries; Knowledge of mode-centric elements by customer industry)
  • Knowledge of SQL
