Sr. Technical Product Manager- Workforce AI

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, Systems, or related preferred).
• Master’s degree a plus (AI/ML, Robotics, Computer Vision, Systems Engineering, HCI).

Consulting/Agency Experience:
- 6–10+ years in consulting, digital agency, or client-facing delivery roles
- Experience owning workshops, deliverables, and outcomes
Hands-on AI Experience:
- Experience with Claude, Gemini, Glean, or similar platforms
- Built AI workflows, agents, or copilots (not just used tools)
Technical Depth:
- RAG, semantic search, APIs, connectors, identity/permissions
- Ability to engage with engineers and translate to business value

Travel Requirements

• Up to 50% of the time

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $137,000 - $175,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Job Summary:  

This is not a traditional Product Manager role. You are the lead consultant and engagement owner for enterprise AI platform implementations — responsible for running discovery sessions, shaping solutions, and driving delivery outcomes. You operate at the intersection of management consulting/digital agency delivery, technical AI solution architecture, and client-facing engagement leadership.

Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions/Competencies  

- Lead client discovery sessions and AI workshops independently
- Develop solution narratives, demos, proposals, and estimates
- Guide platform selection and use case prioritization
- Own delivery from kickoff through value realization
- Stay hands-on in workflows, prompting, and integration decisions
- Translate AI solutions into measurable ROI and business outcomes
- Drive adoption through change management and enablement
