About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and Arizona-based Staff Attorney to join our growing team. This person will work directly under our Head of Operations, supporting legal processes, ensuring claims are accurately reviewed, and communicating with clients to guide them through the journey.

You need to be highly organized, responsive, and unafraid of repetitive work. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, takes ownership of small details, and enjoys building something that matters.

You Will

  • Oversee the identification, collection, and processing of client data in collaboration with internal operations team

  • Review and validate documents and manage document review workflows, including quality control processes

  • Communicate directly with clients via email and phone in a professional, empathetic, and clear manner

  • Identify and escalate issues in the flow that require legal or product team input

  • Maintain structured records of processed claims and assist in generating internal reports

  • Assist with standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and other internal tools

  • Learn and adapt to internal software (no technical experience required, just willingness to pick things up quickly)

  • Occasionally support other functions (e.g., data cleanup, inbox management, internal audits)

You Have

  • Arizona state bar in good standing

  • Experience with legal documents review

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • High attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work

  • Comfortable using digital tools for document review

  • Experience working in a predominantly remote environment as a document reviewer

  • Located in Arizona

The minimum and maximum base salary for this role is:

  • For Document Review Attorney: $70,000 to $100,000

  • We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including medical/dental

Compensation will be determined by years of relevant experience as defined in the job requirements
