Staff Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Staff Business Systems Analyst with 8+ years of expertise in Oracle applications, specializing in Oracle Fusion HCM functional roles. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between our business stakeholders and technical engineering teams. You will lead the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of our Oracle Fusion HCM environment. 

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of business process cycles, a proven track record of delivering multiple full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion end-to-end implementations, and exceptional communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation & Configuration: Lead and support multi-module, end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations from initial discovery through post-go-live stabilization. Hands-on configuration of functional modules to match business requirements.
• Business Process Analysis: Conduct business process workshops, gather detailed requirements, perform gap analysis, and document "as-is" and "to-be" functional specifications.
• Solution Design: Translate complex business needs into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions while adhering to industry best practices. Recommend out-of-the-box product features over complex custom code where possible.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Design and execute functional test plans, unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
• Production Support: Analyze ongoing optimization requests and system issues; handle escalation paths with Oracle Support to resolve platform bugs or manage quarterly release cycles.
   

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 8+ years of professional experience as an Oracle Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant.
• Implementation Track Record: Successfully completed at least 2 full-lifecycle, end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
• Module Competency: Deep functional understanding of cross-functional workflows in at least 2 or 3 of the primary pillars of Human Capital Management e.g. Core HR, Performance Management, Payroll, Helpdesk, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation etc.
• Business Analysis Toolkit: Exceptional skills in requirement elicitation, flowcharting, functional document generation, and test case creation.
• Communication & Soft Skills: Interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical or functional solutions confidently to cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Official Oracle Fusion Functional Certifications.
• Prior technical exposure to SQL queries, OTBI reporting, or basic understanding of REST/SOAP API capabilities.

The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA, and the salary range for this location is $89,600.00 to $168,000.00.  All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta.  All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the company’s discretion. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience. 

A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
