Job Description

We are looking for an experienced applications engineer to join a dynamic team in the company supporting Digital Multiphase Power (DMP) controllers and Smart Power Stage (SPS) ICs.

Responsibilities: 

  • Understand key customer technical problems and delivering a creative solution. T
  • Close communication with customers.
  • Work with internal IC design and firmware teams, and build application circuits to present a solution.
  • Create datasheets, product presentations, training material and technical articles as an expert in the product area.
  • Some travel to visit customers.

Qualifications

  • Education: BSEE with 5+ years experience in power management
  • Experience: 5+ years experience in power management working on DC/DC converters, with experience in Digital Multiphase Converters a plus.
  • Strong technical understanding of power supplies including loop theory, compensation, component selection and layout.
  • Experience working directly with customers solving technical issues
  • Board level hardware design experience including PCB design review
  • Experience with microcontrollers, ADCs or DACs is a plus.
  • Experience with interfaces, I²C, PMBus, AVSBus, SVID, SVI3 and circuit simulation is preferred.
