Job Description:
Our Solution Engineering division is seeking a skilled design engineer to join our diverse team. Arm's hardware is at the heart of the computing and connectivity revolution that continues to transform the way people live and businesses operate. As we continue to grow, we need talented engineers responsible for the development of products across Enterprise, Auto and Client markets.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop IP features which enable reconfigurable Fuse and JTAG Subsystems.
  • Crafting design micro-architecture specifications, developing RTL, fixing bugs, performing design checks and generating of implementation constraints.
  • Partner with architects to translate subsystem requirements, and develop the design specifications which meet the quality, reliability, manufacturing and reconfigurable needs across multiple SoC's.
  • Partner with verification to review test plans and debug issues.
  • Act as 1-Arm ensuring the best solutions are what Arm uses.

What you bring:
In addition to your accomplishment of Bachelors or higher in Computer Science or Electrical/Computer Engineering or a similar related field and experience working in design of complex subsystems or SoCs, you should bring experience in:
  • Digital hardware design for complex systems using System Verilog.
  • Analog hard IP integration, timing diagrams, BMODs
  • Reconfigurable IP / Subsystem design
  • Power and clock domain crossing
  • Static design checks like linting, CDC/RDC, X-propagation
  • Collaboration

"Nice To Have" Skills and Experience:
  • ARM-based designs and/or ARM System Architectures
  • Developing designs for OTP/Fuse usage models and JTAG/TAP protocols
  • Perl, Python or other scripting language
  • SoC system debug methodologies
  • DFT methodologies: RTL testability, scan insertion, OCC

Salary Range:
$191,100-$258,500 per year
