  • Serve as the owner's representative with design firms, contractors, and equipment vendors.

  • Support project execution through design reviews, schedule and scope management, and coordination of utilities interfaces.

  • Provide oversight during construction, startup and commissioning to ensure systems perform as intended.

  • Troubleshoot and optimize mechanical utilities to improve reliability, performance, and energy efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and permitting requirements.

  • Collaborate closely with electrical, process, and EHS teams to ensure integrated and reliable facility utilities.

  • Maintain documentation, reporting, and communication for stakeholders.

  • Mentor and support junior engineers and technical staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in facilities engineering, with a focus on mechanical utilities.

  • Proven experience delivering projects from design through commissioning.

  • Strong knowledge of CUP, HVAC, cleanroom mechanical systems, chilled water, compressed air, dehumidification and waste handling.

  • Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Strong communication, documentation, and project tracking abilities.
