Staff Product Manager, Agentic Platform
Are you passionate about building the infrastructure that powers next-generation AI agents?

At 6sense, we're building an AI Operating System that enables intelligent agents to reason, take action, and execute complex workflows across the Revenue AI platform. We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to own critical components of our Agent Platform, including orchestration, agent execution frameworks, tool integration patterns, and developer enablement.

This is a highly technical individual contributor role reporting to the Product Lead, AI Platform. You will partner closely with engineering, applied AI teams, and platform leaders to define the systems that enable every product team at 6sense to build reliable, scalable, and enterprise-ready agentic experiences.

Your Impact

As Staff Product Manager, Agent Platform, you will:

Own Agent Runtime Capabilities

Define the roadmap for the core systems that power agent execution, workflow orchestration, state management, and task coordination across the platform.

Build Agent Development Frameworks

Define the standards, APIs, and tooling that enable engineering teams to build, deploy, and scale agentic applications consistently. Empower other teams to build agentic experiences powered by AI OS.

Design Capability Registration Systems

Partner with engineering to create self-service mechanisms that allow teams to register tools, actions, workflows, and services within the AI OS.

Improve Developer Experience

Create SDKs, platform abstractions, and operational tooling that reduce complexity and accelerate adoption across product teams.

Drive Agent Reliability

Define platform requirements for observability, evals, debugging, resiliency, failure handling, and operational excellence.

Enable Multi-Agent Workflows

Develop foundational capabilities that support planning, delegation, task execution, and coordination across complex agentic systems.

Partner Across Product and Engineering

Work closely with AI Platform, Infrastructure, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure platform investments unlock customer-facing innovation.

A track record of building products used by multiple teams and supporting a broad ecosystem of internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to influence engineers, architects, researchers, and senior executives on highly technical topics.

Experience
  • 8+ years in Product Management
  • Platform, Infrastructure, AI Platform, or Developer Platform experience
  • Experience owning highly technical products with significant architectural complexity
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver platform capabilities at scale

Base Salary Range: $191,833.50 - $262,355.80. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense’s total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by 6sense’s board. In addition, 6sense provides a variety of benefits, including generous health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, self-care days, and paid time off (PTO). #Li-remote
