- Identify opportunities to reduce complexity through reuse, standardization, and thoughtful system design
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical guidance
- Communicate technical ideas and system behavior clearly to internal stakeholders
- Operate effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment while remaining self-directed and outcome-focused
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

- Experience with data platforms and pipelines (e.g., Snowflake, Airflow) and familiarity with AWS preferred
- Strong system design skills and experience making trade-offs between competing architectural approaches
- A track record of delivering customer value iteratively, with a focus on quality and feedback
- Strong engineering fundamentals, including testing, code reviews, observability, and documentation
