Primary Responsibilities:
- Management of book of business
- Secure renewal and upselling programs
- Manage ongoing contract relationships and service delivery to clients for ten or more accounts
- Act as outward - facing, dedicated resource for assigned accounts, typically with direct client contact (not call center) and large or complex accounts
- Build relationships with employer / group clients (not individual members) and partners with a UHG Client Relations Manager for overall and day - to - day service delivery
- Represent client internally and coordinates with other functions to implement client systems, complete projects, and address ongoing service needs

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in PBM Client Account Management
- 5+ years of experience with Pharmacy Benefit strategies & pricing practices
- 3+ years of PBM client contract negotiation skills and proficiency in being consultative on programs and services that add value for clients
- 3+ years of experience with solution selling and/ or PBM market dynamics/ competitive intelligence
- 3+ years of managing client contract performance guarantees
- 3+ years of experience developing project plans, timelines and implementations
- 3+ years of developing and presenting to various levels of leadership internal and external
- 3+ years of experience partnering with client brokers and consultants
- 3+ years of proficiency in documenting, tracking and prioritizing client needs and the actions to meet them
- Experience with solid oral and written communication
- Proven advanced understanding of PBM industry and Employee benefits
- Intermediate to advanced experience in Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to be highly organized while juggling multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to travel 25% to visit client base which can be nationwide
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working supporting Coalition clients
- Experience in Salesforce
- Proficiency in documenting, tracking and prioritizing client needs and the actions to meet them
