We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join Cyolo and drive new business across complex enterprise and industrial environments. You will own the full sales cycle, build trusted relationships with customers and partners, and help organizations understand how Cyolo can secure access and connectivity across their most critical systems.

This role is ideal for a technically fluent, consultative seller who understands IP networking and can engage credibly across security, identity, infrastructure, and operational technology teams. You should be comfortable creating demand, navigating long sales cycles, and succeeding in a fast-moving scale-up environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from territory planning, prospecting, and discovery through technical validation, commercial negotiation, and close

• Build and develop a qualified pipeline through direct outbound activity, partner engagement, and coordinated account planning

• Sell Cyolo's solutions to enterprise customers across networking, industrial, and OT environments, with a focus on new business acquisition

• Engage with technical and business stakeholders, including security, networking, infrastructure, OT, procurement, and executive decision-makers

• Translate complex customer requirements into a clear business case and compelling solution narrative

• Manage complex opportunities ranging from approximately $20K to $1M+, including sales cycles that may extend from 6 to 18 months

• Work closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to advance opportunities and deliver a strong customer experience

• Develop business through channel partners, including system integrators, OEMs, and distributors

• Build long-term customer relationships that support adoption, expansion, and continued growth beyond the initial sale

• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity data, and use insights to prioritize actions and improve performance

Requirements:

• 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 5 years selling enterprise technology in industrial or secure connectivity markets; broader experience of approximately 15 years is preferred

• Strong IP networking knowledge is essential, together with experience in identity and privileged access; the ability to understand and speak credibly about OT environments is also required

• Relevant experience in areas such as OT cybersecurity, secure remote access, industrial networking, IIoT, edge computing, Zero Trust, identity, privileged access, network security, or application delivery infrastructure

• A proven record of winning complex enterprise deals and managing multi-stakeholder sales processes with deal values from approximately $20K to $1M+

• Experience with long, consultative sales cycles, including discovery, solution alignment, proof-of-concept processes, procurement, and negotiation

• Experience selling into regulated or industrial sectors such as manufacturing, utilities, or transportation in North America and/or Europe

• Demonstrated success working through channel partners such as system integrators, OEMs, or distributors

• Experience in both an established enterprise technology company and an early-stage or scale-up environment

• A history of building and maturing territories, creating demand, and developing durable customer relationships

• Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills, with the ability to build credibility with both technical and commercial audiences

• A consultative, persistent, structured, and accountable approach, with the adaptability to work effectively in an evolving environment

An Advantage:

• Earlier experience in a technical, engineering, support, or pre-sales role

• Experience selling networking, ADC, load-balancing, segmentation, encryption, or secure access solutions

• Experience adapting enterprise infrastructure solutions to SaaS-based commercial models
