Why Socure?

Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy — verifying 100% of good identities in real time and stopping fraud before it starts. The mission is big, the problems are complex, and the impact is felt by businesses, governments, and millions of people every day.

We hire people who want that level of responsibility. People who move fast, think critically, act like owners, and care deeply about solving customer problems with precision. About the Role
Socure is looking for a Program Lead, Strategic Executive Engagement to own and evolve the Executive Bridge program — a high-visibility initiative that drives strategic connection between Socure's leadership, customers, and key internal stakeholders. This role combines operational rigor with strategic thinking, and is ideal for someone who can execute at a high level while shaping the program's next phase.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Executive Bridge program, aligning executive engagement to customer success, growth priorities, and business outcomes

  • Identify, prioritize, and coordinate high-impact executive engagement opportunities in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders

  • Serve as the central coordination point across executives and internal teams — driving alignment, accountability, and follow-through

  • Prepare executives for customer meetings, events, and strategic discussions; develop briefing materials and communications that enable effective engagement

  • Build and optimize processes using AI, automation, and data-driven insights to improve visibility, efficiency, and program scale

  • Track outcomes and continuously improve program effectiveness

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 3+ years in strategic programs, executive operations, business operations, consulting, chief of staff, or related roles

  • Experience partnering with executive and senior leadership teams in fast-paced environments

  • Strong written communication skills — able to craft executive outreach, briefings, and stakeholder updates that drive action

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment without direct authority

  • Familiarity with go-to-market teams (Commercial, CS, Marketing, RevOps, or Partnerships)

  • Experience leveraging AI, automation, or productivity tools to improve operations

  • Excellent judgment and discretion in high-visibility, high-stakes situations
