About Dialpad
Dialpad is the AI platform for customer experience, built to resolve customer problems in real time across voice and digital. Our AI agents learn from your best human agents and improve with every interaction, helping organizations understand their customers, deliver better experiences, increase operational efficiencies, and build a lasting competitive advantage.

Unlike legacy systems built to route and answer, or standalone agentic bot vendors built to deflect, Dialpad was built to resolve. Our AI agents and human agents operate on a single platform with shared context, allowing Agentic AI to resolve issues, advance deals, and eliminate busywork through automation while seamlessly handing conversations to humans when needed, with full context preserved.

Market-leading brands, including Randstad, Motorola Solutions, Netflix, the San Diego Padres, the Colorado Rockies Baseball Club, and Cal Athletics, trust Dialpad. Dialpad is backed by Andreessen Horowitz, GV, ICONIQ Capital, and T-Mobile.

We look for people who are intensely curious and hold themselves to a high bar. Our ambition is significant, and achieving it requires a team that operates at the highest level. We seek individuals who embody our core traits: Scrappy, Curious, Optimistic, Persistent, and Empathetic.

Your role
As a Strategic Account Executive, T-Mobile, you’ll be part of a specialized national sales team dedicated exclusively to the T-Mobile partnership and its Mid-Market customers.

You’ll work side-by-side with T-Mobile sellers to create pipeline, uncover customer opportunities, and position Dialpad as a strategic communications and AI solution. Once an opportunity is identified, you’ll own the Dialpad sales cycle from discovery and solution development through negotiation and close.
Success in this role requires building strong relationships with T-Mobile sales teams, becoming a trusted resource in your assigned markets, and helping sellers confidently bring Dialpad into more customer conversations.

This position is based in New York.

What you’ll do

  • Own the T-Mobile + Dialpad sales motion within your assigned markets.
  • Build trusted relationships with T-Mobile sellers and sales leaders and become their go-to Dialpad resource.
  • Generate pipeline alongside T-Mobile through account mapping, prospecting, market visits, workshops, customer events, and targeted campaigns.
  • Lead qualified opportunities from discovery through close, coordinating T-Mobile, Dialpad Sales Engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Position Dialpad solutions across business communications, customer engagement, sales, and AI based on customer business outcomes.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline and forecast management, with clear next steps and close plans for every opportunity.
  • Conduct seller enablement and customer meetings throughout your assigned T-Mobile markets.
  • Become an expert on the T-Mobile + Dialpad value proposition and help sellers identify where Dialpad fits.

Skills you’ll bring

  • 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, telecommunications, UCaaS, CCaaS, or cloud technology.
  • Proven ability to build pipeline and close complex Mid-Market opportunities with multiple stakeholders.
  • Channel, telecommunications, or strategic partnership sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building, discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong pipeline and forecast discipline with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within assigned T-Mobile markets.

What Success Looks Like

You become the go-to Dialpad seller for your T-Mobile teams—building trusted relationships, creating consistent pipeline, uncovering new opportunities, and converting those opportunities into predictable revenue for T-Mobile and Dialpad.
