How will you make an impact?  

Jabil is seeking a Strategic Partnership Program Manager to drive transformative growth within the Intelligent Infrastructure Division. This role will operationalize and drive strategic partner relationships, manage the operational rhythm of engagements, and support the intake, qualification, and early-stage development of new partnership opportunities. The Strategic Partnership Program Manager will ensure new opportunities are properly qualified, assessed for strategic fit, and transitioned through the gate process before being handed off to execution teams. This role will also conduct regular business reviews, implement partner management frameworks, and ensure alignment between internal teams and external partners to maximize strategic value and revenue opportunities. 

What will you do?   

  • Support the intake, qualification, and early-stage development of new partnership opportunities. 

  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and internal teams on the status of programs, including risks, blockers, and dependencies. 

  • Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams, focusing on understanding challenges, proposing solutions, and ensuring feasibility. 

  • Coordinate multiple projects and reconcile interdependencies among them; drive decisions with appropriate stakeholders and eliminate roadblocks to resolve issues. 

  • Manage program timelines, milestones, meetings, and documentation, ensuring alignment of program goals with organizational objectives. 

  • Collaborate with various teams to provide support from product concept phase through business award. 

How will you get here?- 

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required. 

Experience: 

  • Minimum 8-12 years of work-related experience in program or project management within a product development engineering environment is required. 

  • 3+ years of partner management or strategic alliance experience is required, adept at managing business reviews (QBRs, HBRs, etc.) 

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder relationship. 

  • Experience with stage-gate processes in a project lifecycle is required. 

  • Experience supporting opportunity intake, assessment, and transition processes is required. 

  • Working knowledge of networking, cloud, and AI infrastructure is required. 

 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: 

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of program management principles and practices. 

  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate with sales, marketing, business, engineering, and supply chain teams, demonstrating strong communication and teamwork abilities. 

  • Analytic and decisive decision-maker with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

  • Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

  • Skilled in creating clear, consistent messages for diverse audiences, ensuring relevance and effectiveness. 

  • Strong understanding of how partnerships drive revenue and strategic value, adept at evaluating partnership concepts and supporting business case development. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. 

  • Experience in hardware development, systems integration, or infrastructure domains. 

Jabil Salary Range: $103,000.00 - $144,300.00 - $185,400.00 USD Annually

Target Annual Bonus: 15%
