The Opportunity
As a Strategy& Deals Technology Strategy Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the complexities of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your skills to provide strategic advice, due diligence, and valuation services, helping clients make informed decisions and maximize value. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional and technical standards. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports clients across the full transaction lifecycle, including deal strategy, diligence, execution, and post-deal value creation. You will have the opportunity to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive successful deal outcomes. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn't clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow and deliver quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive financial due diligence to support mergers and acquisitions
- Developing acquisition strategies and evaluating business plans to identify growth opportunities
- Performing competitive analysis and industry trend analysis to inform strategic decision-making
- Creating detailed financial models to assess potential deal structures and outcomes
- Supporting post-merger integration efforts to maximize value creation and achieve strategic objectives
- Engaging in scenario analysis to anticipate potential risks and opportunities in deal execution
- Collaborating with corporate development teams to drive strategic planning and execution
- Analyzing financial statements to provide insights into financial health and performance
- Assisting in the development of strategic initiatives for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships
- Utilizing financial risk analysis to identify and mitigate potential financial uncertainties
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's of Business Administration degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- These client service Senior Associate positions are for job seekers who are in their final year of their MBA program at the time of application

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
