What You'll Do
  • Collaborate cross functionally with business partners on projects and deliverables.
  • Analyze and develop solutions for driving efficiencies within and between departments.
  • Monitor trends and alter department directives to meet and exceed targets.
  • Partner with Operations Management, Manager to create team goals.
  • Supervises an assigned Operations Management team.
  • Provides day-to-day guidance to the team, allocating assignments and monitoring individual performance.
  • Ensures the team performs and delivers across the range of Operations Management duties, including:
  • Working with the business to understand current objectives, operational processes, gaps and challenges,
  • Reviewing performance data to understand trends, areas of success and improvement opportunities,
  • Analyzing workflow processes to identify issues, roadblocks or other areas ready for efficiency / effectiveness improvement.
  • Manages project timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitors team performance and addresses gaps and deficiencies.
  • Allocates work and establishes day-to-day objectives for production / support employees.
  • Monitors daily progress, making adjustments or corrections to ensure optimal performance and customer service.
  • Results impact day-to-day operations within a defined area.
  • Makes technical and process-related recommendations and decisions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Decisions relate to daily schedules, plans and operations.
  • Uses judgment to identify, troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day process, technical and operational problems.
  • Problems are typically clearly defined and arise within the immediate work group.
  • Solutions are derived by drawing on prior experience, analyzing issues and consideration of the organization's policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Recommends adjustments in operating / project approaches to improve job area effectiveness.
  • Ensures understanding of and adherence to company policies, practices, and procedures.
  • May complete additional responsibilities based on business need.

Who You Are
Minimum
  • High school diploma/GED and 5 years in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a bachelor's degree and 3 years' experience in a related field; a master's degree and 1 year of experience; or a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience.
  • Excellent soft skills including interpersonal, leadership, presentations, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization

USD 81,400.00 - 122,000.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $81,400.00 - $122,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
