Reports to: Dairy Supply Chain Consulting Manager

FLSA Status:  Exempt, Full Time (target start date in June 2026)

Location:  US Remote, with 5% travel

Position Summary 

The Supply Chain Analyst is an exciting entry-level opportunity to launch a career in supply chain consulting within the dairy industry. In this role, you will partner with experienced consultants at Ever.Ag to apply analytics, business intelligence tools, and data-driven insights to real-world supply chain challenges.

This position is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build strong analytical skills while gaining hands-on exposure to dairy logistics, transportation, and operations strategy. You’ll learn Ever.Ag’s proprietary tools and methodologies, contribute to meaningful client projects, and help transform complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

As you grow in the role, you’ll develop industry relationships, gain deeper expertise in dairy supply chain operations, and have opportunities to represent Ever.Ag at conferences and client engagements. This is a strong foundation role for someone who is curious, analytical, and motivated to build a long-term career in supply chain consulting.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Learn Ever.Ag’s supply chain offerings, analytical tools and methodologies, including F2P Haul Cost Modeling, P2P Benchmarking, TTO Intake Optimization and 3D-Simulation Modeling 

  • Work with milk dispatch teams to provide an excellent quarterly dispatch KPI review and create collaborative process improvements to enhance Ever.Ag dispatch services 

  • Partner with teams to enhance and maintain PowerBI reports to give clients enhanced visibility and insight into their business 

  • Execute analysis, create tables and charts for presentations, characterize findings and help develop recommendations 

  • Delight clients with excellent deliverables, communication and support 

  • Build and sustain positive relationships with managers, co-workers and clients 

  • As needed, travel to plants and meeting venues for data collection, presentation and design sessions 

  • Other duties as assigned 


Qualifications 

  • College degree in Supply Chain, Business Intelligence, Agricultural Economics or related fields 

  • Internship or other job-related experience performing analytical work strongly preferred 

  • Very strong quantitative/math and analytical reasoning skills and aptitude 

  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Nested Functions) 

  • SQL experience a plus 

  • Strong written and oral communication skills 

  • Ability to produce and deliver effective presentations  

  • Ethical AI training, prompt engineering training, or hands-on LLM experience desired. PowerBI certification or PowerBI experience to enhance and maintain reports a plus 

  • Project management experience a plus 

  • Experience/knowledge in any aspect of dairy such as production, hauling or processing a plus
