Supply Chain / Manufacturing Operations Intern

Responsibilities

 - Assist with purchase order creation and supplier follow-up

 - Track component lead times and delivery schedules

 - Help maintain accurate BOMs and part records in ERP/MRP systems

 - Support inventory management, cycle counts, and material organization

 - Coordinate incoming shipments and verify received components

 - Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve part shortages

or discrepancies

 - Help identify alternate suppliers and cost reduction opportunities

 - Support manufacturing planning and production scheduling activities

 - Maintain documentation related to ECOs, revisions, and procurement

status

 - Generate reports and dashboards related to inventory, purchasing, and

production readiness

Preferred Qualifications

 - Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing

Engineering, Business, or related field

 - Strong organizational and communication skills

 - Comfortable working in spreadsheets and handling data

 - Interest in manufacturing, robotics, or hardware startups

 - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

 - Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

 - Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Odoo, NetSuite, SAP, etc.)

 - Familiarity with BOM structures and engineering drawings

 - Experience with inventory or warehouse operations

 - Knowledge of Excel formulas, data analysis, or reporting tools

 - Previous internship or project experience in manufacturing or operations
