Supply Specialist I (Onsite)

Role Overview:

Could you be our next Supply Specialist I? Globe Life is looking for a Supply Specialist I to join the team!

The Supply Specialist I is responsible for all supplies being pulled, packaged, and shipped correctly.

This is an onsite position located in McKinney, Texas

What You Will Do:

• Pull brochures, applications, forms, and miscellaneous recruiting material to be shipped out to the field agents.
• Assemble new agent starter kits and special mailings.
• Prepare outgoing mail/packages via various methods (i.e. USPS, and FedEx) using computerized manifest and manual methods. Accurately enter address changes through the manifest system as necessary.
• Assist with restocking of shelves and bins.
• Handle timely completion of shipments and meeting deadlines for special or non-recurring projects.
• Keep warehouse organized and clean.
• Check in deliveries from outside vendors.
• Become knowledgeable of the print room and assist when needed.

What You Can Bring:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Warehouse/order puller experience preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Insurance background preferred.
