About the Team

The Talent Insights & Competitor Intelligence team is a newly established function within Talent Acquisition. Our mission is to deliver actionable analytics, market trends, and competitor insights that empower strategic hiring decisions—helping the organization attract, engage, and retain top talent.

We partner closely with Talent Acquisition leaders to transform data into meaningful insights that drive recruiting strategy, improve operational performance, and inform workforce planning decisions.

About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Analytics Partner develops reporting solutions, analyzes recruiting data, and delivers actionable insights that support Talent Acquisition strategy and performance. This role partners closely with TA leaders to transform data into meaningful dashboards, reports, and recommendations that drive informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and consultative skills with experience in reporting and visualization tools. They will design and maintain Power BI dashboards, develop executive and operational reporting, identify trends and opportunities within recruiting data, and communicate insights that influence business outcomes.

Working closely with TA leaders, recruiters, and HR stakeholders, this individual will translate business needs into reporting solutions and provide analysis that improves understanding of recruiting performance, talent pipelines, sourcing effectiveness, and workforce trends.

Success in this role requires balancing technical and consultative responsibilities—building scalable reporting solutions while serving as a trusted advisor who helps leaders interpret data, identify opportunities, and take action to improve hiring results.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reporting solutions.
  • Conducting analyses to identify recruiting trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers.
  • Translating complex data into executive-ready insights and recommendations.
  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition leaders to understand business challenges and define reporting requirements.
  • Driving adoption of data-driven decision-making through stakeholder consultation, training, and enablement.
  • Supporting continuous improvement of talent analytics, metrics, reporting capabilities, and data quality.

Minimum Job Requirements 

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Business Analytics or Insights, Mathematics, Information Systems, related fields. 

Certification / License: None required 

Experience 

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, talent acquisition, human resources, workforce analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for business stakeholders.
  • Experience analyzing data and presenting findings to leaders to support decision-making.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities 

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, and data validation techniques.
  • Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and effectively partner with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications 
  • Experience supporting Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or workforce planning functions.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting, CRMs, or other HR and recruiting platforms.

 

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions 

This position requires travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions.  

Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
