Last Energy seeks a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to contribute to Last Energy's rapid growth goals. This role will be responsible for sourcing new candidates and coordinating interviews. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, be able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Actively source and reach out to potential candidates through various channels including Linkedin, job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting data in our applicant tracking system (Lever)
- Assist with other recruiting-related tasks as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in a recruiting-related role
- Understanding of engineering-related industries is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
