We’re looking for a driven and detail-obsessed Talent Acquisition Coordinator, North America who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator, North America is an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team and provides support and partnership throughout the recruitment process across both the US and Canada. You will be responsible for a positive candidate experience and acting as a vital partner to our recruiters and hiring managers in all regions, managing a high volume of English-speaking coordination while serving as our dedicated point of contact for French-speaking candidates and stakeholders in the Quebec market.

What You’ll Do 

In this role, you will: 

  • Support and partner with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

  • Coordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.

  • Accountable for tracking completion of pre-employment for candidates and support onboarding processes for new hires.

  • Support with miscellaneous projects related to recruitment, employment branding and cross functional initiatives.

  • Triage inquiries and connect employees to the right subject matter expert when necessary.

  • Respond to HR cases regarding Talent Acquisition inquiries.

  • Process contractor conversion offers in Workday as needed.

  • General administrative work as needed.

What You’ll Bring 

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with at least one year of relevant experience, including internships in Human Resources or Recruitment.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven ability to manage confidential information and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Native-level fluency in English and Canadian French (written and verbal). 

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proactive and customer-focused approach.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and adapt, showing agility in shifting priorities and meeting tight deadlines with a sense of urgency.

  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday, along with solid experience using Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Calendar).

  • Collaborative and relationship-driven, with a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively across teams and business units.

Reasonably expected salary range: $53,000.00 - $66,200.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
