About the Role

This is a full-time, temporary position with a planned end date of March 31st.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who is passionate about building high-performing, mission-aligned teams of client-centered clinicians dedicated to driving exceptional client outcomes.

As part of our Operations Team, you’ll partner directly with clinical care leadership to recruit licensed mental health therapists (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LPC, PhD, or PsyD) who share our vision of creating a world where everyone has access to exceptional mental health care. • Be the voice of Two Chairs: Share our unique mission, culture, and employee value proposition with prospective candidates.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience: Ensure every touchpoint reflects our values and strengthens our employment brand.
  • Drive strategy: Source creatively, re-engage past candidates, and refine processes to continuously improve hiring outcomes.

We’re Looking for Someone With:

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 1 year recruiting for independently licensed mental health therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, or PsyD)
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Comfort using recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Greenhouse
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and calendar management skills
  • Ability to leverage business acumen, and analyze and interpret data to inform your decisions

Compensation and Benefits:

The offer range is dependent on qualifications and experience. New hires can reasonably expect an offer between $75,000 - $94,000.

Additional perks and benefits:

  • Paid time off, including nine paid holidays and an additional Winter Office Closure from Christmas Day (Observed) through New Year's Day
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) Retirement savings options
  • Annual $1,000 Productivity & Wellness Stipend to support your personal and professional goals
  • Annual $500 subsidized company contribution to your healthcare FSA or HSA
