Job Description
The Applied Recruiting team partners closely with leaders across the business to identify , attract, and hire exceptional talent. We are committed to delivering a thoughtful, efficient, and inclusive hiring experience while helping the company build the teams needed to achieve its strategic goals.
We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Product) to lead hiring efforts across our Product organization. In this role, you'll partner closely with Product leadership to develop talent strategies, identify exceptional Product talent, and drive a best-in-class hiring process. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing market insights, implementing scalable recruiting processes, and helping build high-performing Product teams that support the company's long-term growth.
What You'll Do
  • Partner with Product leaders as a trusted recruiting advisor, developing a deep understanding of business objectives, organizational goals, and hiring priorities, and helping shape workforce planning, hiring prioritization, interview design, and talent assessment approaches.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Product roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience.
  • Develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies to attract top Product talent across functions and levels - including Product Management, Product Operations, Product Design, and Product Leadership - and maintain pipelines that support both immediate hiring needs and future organizational growth.
  • Advise hiring managers and leaders on market conditions, compensation trends, talent availability, and competitive recruiting strategies.
  • Lead sourcing initiatives focused on engaging passive, high-caliber Product candidates through innovative and data-driven outreach strategies.
  • Use recruiting metrics to provide insights on pipeline health, hiring effectiveness, time-to-fill, and other key performance indicators.
  • Drive recruiting process improvements and implementation efforts that increase efficiency, improve stakeholder experiences, and support scalable hiring practices across the Product organization.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within our Applicant Tracking System, maintaining a high standard of system hygiene and reporting.
  • Mentor and support recruiting teammates by sharing best practices and contributing to the continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition function.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Leadership, Total Rewards, People Operations, HR Business Partners, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver successful hiring outcomes.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant experience recruiting across Product functions - Product Management, Product Operations, Product Design, and related disciplines - within a technology-driven organization.
  • Proven track record of building strong partnerships with Product leaders and influencing hiring decisions through data, market insights, and sound judgment.
  • Experience driving recruiting process implementation, optimization, and change management initiatives that improve hiring outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Strong sourcing expertise with a proven ability to build talent pipelines for highly competitive and difficult-to-fill Product positions.
  • Experience supporting workforce planning discussions and aligning recruiting strategies with business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage recruiting metrics and Product talent market trends to drive decisions and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while delivering a high-quality experience to candidates and hiring teams.
  • A collaborative, low-ego approach with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Experience mentoring teammates and contributing to a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting for high-growth SaaS, fintech, or technology companies, particularly InsurTech or Product organizations in insurance-related technology environments.
  • Familiarity with modern Applicant Tracking Systems, recruiting analytics tools, and workforce planning methodologies.
