Your role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a critical role in scaling our GTM and G&A teams. You’ll own the full lifecycle of recruiting—from sourcing and vetting through offer acceptance—while building strong, consultative partnerships with hiring managers. By driving a consistent, data-driven, and high-touch process, you’ll help us hire the exceptional talent that fuels Dialpad’s next stage of growth.

You’ll partner closely with leaders across the business to deliver thoughtful talent strategies, build strong pipelines, and create an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

This position reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition and has the opportunity to be based in our Tempe, Austin, or Denver hub locations.
What you’ll do
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for GTM and G&A roles, delivering a seamless, consistent, and positive candidate experience from first outreach through offer acceptance.
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor by building deep partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, interviewers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build strong, balanced, and inclusive talent pipelines.
- Source, screen, assess, and present high-quality talent, leading candidates through offer negotiation and close.
- Champion a high-touch, warm, engaging, and meaningful candidate and hiring-manager experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Partner closely with global Talent Acquisition Partners and business leaders to align hiring plans with evolving business priorities.
- Use data and market insights to inform talent strategy, identify process improvements, and drive stronger hiring outcomes.
- Accelerate candidate engagement through proactive, personalized communication and effective process management.
- Drive local events and programs that strengthen candidate engagement, employer brand awareness, and employee referral quality.
Skills you will bring
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and/or G&A functions within a high-growth technology company.
- Experience recruiting in a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle.
- Strong sourcing expertise, with a track record of building creative, effective talent pipelines.
- Experience negotiating and closing complex compensation packages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, ownership, and personal accountability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively prioritizing multiple searches and stakeholder needs.
- Self-starter with a track record of building strong, productive relationships.
- Solid understanding of sales terminology, compensation structures, techniques, and methodologies is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus.
