Who You Will Be Working With

Own end-to-end recruitment with a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing, high-volume delivery, while providing a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience during a pivotal period of growth.  Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to align on hiring needs, with a focus on supporting Corporate Functions while continuing to expand expertise in this space.

Shape forward-looking hiring plans through strategic pipeline building, market mapping, and data-driven insights, ensuring alignment to business priorities and recruiting metrics.  Leverage strong operational rigor and ATS expertise to drive efficient, scalable processes, while using tech-enabled outreach to engage top talent and build high-performing, diverse teams with speed and precision

What You Will Do

Strategic Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Lead proactive sourcing strategies with a strong emphasis on building high-quality, diverse pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs
  • Leverage advanced sourcing techniques to engage passive talent aligned to PMG’s long-term growth
  • Develop targeted market maps and talent insights to inform hiring strategies

High-Volume Recruiting & Delivery

  • Manage requisitions in a high-volume environment, balancing speed with quality and candidate experience
  • Track and deliver against key recruiting metrics (time to fill, pipeline health, conversion rates) while continuously optimizing performance

Candidate Experience & Engagement

  • Deliver a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience from first outreach through offer
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every interaction reflects PMG’s values and culture

Partnership & Hiring Advisory

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to align on hiring needs across Corporate Functions, while bringing curiosity and a desire to deepen expertise in this space
  • Provide data-driven insights and market feedback to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning

Operational Excellence & Systems Expertise

  • Maintain strong discipline within applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring accurate data, clean workflows, and actionable reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and efficiencies through technology and automation

What You Will Bring

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proven strength in proactive sourcing and passive candidate engagement
  • Experience operating in a high-volume, metrics-driven recruiting environment
  • Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
  • Experience supporting Corporate Functions (Marketing, Business Development, Talent Acquisition)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and consultative partnership skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Based in Dallas, TX with the ability to work in-office
