Job Description

Job Summary

Partners with business leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent to meet evolving business needs. Responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders through proactive communication, strong relationship management, and high-quality customer service.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling the full-cycle recruitment and accountable for effectively building relationships with HR Business Partners, hiring managers and key stakeholders to consult on current and future talent needs and to create a strategic recruiting plan aligned with business strategy.

  • Develops and implements creative recruiting solutions that support long-term growth strategy.

  • Manages a high-volume recruiting workload while maintaining a high level of responsiveness, organization, and attention to detail throughout the hiring process.

  • Provides exceptional customer service to candidates, hiring managers, business leaders, and key stakeholders by ensuring timely communication, proactive follow-through, and a positive hiring experience.

  • Builds and maintains strong working relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, provide recruiting guidance, and deliver talent solutions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrates excellent follow-up, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple requisitions, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.

  • Typically follows existing procedures to perform routine assignments and to solve standard problems.

  • Analyzes basic information and standard practices to make decisions impacting work performed.

  • Individual contributor working with direct oversight.

  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.

Experience

  • Typically requires 2-4 years of related recruiting experience.

  • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously preferred.

  • Demonstrated customer service, relationship-building, and follow-up skills with hiring managers, business leaders, candidates, and stakeholders preferred.

  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams and partnering with leaders across multiple markets, regions, or locations preferred.
