Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support candidate sourcing through various channels, assist in contacting and screening potential candidates, and learn basic sourcing techniques. This role involves aiding in implementing recruiting strategies, facilitating the interview process, engaging in recruitment events, and performing clerical duties. The assistant will also organize candidate information, support senior team members in building hiring manager relationships, and adhere to employment agreements and contracts.

Role Description

  • Assist with candidate sourcing through various channels.

  • Help with contacting and screening potential candidates.

  • Learn and apply basic sourcing techniques and tools.

  • Support senior team members in building hiring manager relationships.

  • Aid in implementing recruiting strategies under supervision.

  • Facilitate the interview process and candidate communication.

  • Engage in recruitment events and fairs as needed.

  • Perform recruitment-related clerical duties.

  • Organize candidate information and documentation.

  • Understand and adhere to employment agreements and contracts.

Skill Level Requirements

  • Expertise in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent through strategic sourcing methods, effective recruitment marketing, and a deep understanding of the competitive job market - Basic

  • The ability to adeptly use various digital platforms and applications designed for human resources management, including payroll systems, applicant tracking systems, and employee performance evaluation software, to streamline HR processes and enhance organizational efficiency - Basic

  • Experienced in navigating ATS platforms like iCIMS, with proficiency in tracking applicant progress, managing recruitment workflows, and ensuring seamless integration with HR systems - Basic

  • Experience in utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis, including the use of formulas, functions, pivot tables, and data visualization tools - Basic

  • Experience in utilizing video conferencing platforms, hosting virtual meetings, managing participant interactions, and troubleshooting common technical issues - Basic

Other Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role

  • Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events

  • Ability to travel 10%

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $60,000 - $100,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
