We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own and elevate our full-cycle recruiting process. You’ll be the engine behind sourcing, screening, and securing top talent across multiple departments. You’ll work closely with department heads, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and ensure every search is run with speed, precision, and excellence.

You’ll also help build a recruiting function that’s organized, proactive, and deeply aligned with where the company is heading.

What You’ll OwnFull-Cycle Recruiting & Pipeline Management
  • Own the end-to-end hiring process for multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Partner with department leads to understand role needs, refine job descriptions, and build interview plans.
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date pipelines inside Breezy and Notion.
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate cross-functional interview teams, and manage candidate communication.
  • Ensure that how we teach our Growth Boardroom members interview and hire is being followed internally. We must practice what we preach
  • Challenge how we have approached hiring as we up-level in our industry
Sourcing & Candidate Identification
  • Proactively source talent across platforms (LinkedIn, niche communities, industry groups).
  • Build warm pipelines of future candidates for recurring CT roles.
  • Identify passive talent and conduct outbound outreach that reflects CT’s brand and voice.
Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess alignment, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Prepare candidates for later interview rounds and ensure each touchpoint is clear, timely, and on-brand.
  • Uphold a best-in-class candidate experience—even for those we don’t move forward.
Hiring Operations & Systems
  • Create and optimize hiring SOPs, workflows, and templates.
  • Support employer branding by updating role descriptions, career pages, and outbound messaging.
  • Track hiring metrics, bandwidth, and role priorities; communicate updates to Operations & Leadership.
  • Support department leads with scheduling, scorecards, and interview materials.
  • Work with Operations to ensure all hired candidates transition smoothly into onboarding.
  • Add structure and visibility to hiring projects inside Notion.
Who You Are
  • 3 - 5+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent operations experience (agency or in-house).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches at once without dropping any balls or missing critical details.
  • Strong interviewer with a sharp eye for skills, character, and cultural alignment.
  • You follow up fast, communicate clearly, and maintain impeccable organization.
