What you’ll do
Program Coordination:
- Coordinate assigned Talent Development programs from planning through completion by supporting program logistics, timelines, communications, participant activities, and follow-up.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and communication plans to support successful execution of assigned Talent Development initiatives.
- Monitor program health, participant engagement, and key metrics; identify potential risks and communicate concerns and recommend next steps in a timely manner.
- Anticipate potential issues and proactively communicate risks, impacts, and recommend next steps before deadlines or program objectives are affected.
- Effectively coordinate multiple priorities while ensuring assignments and commitments are completed accurately and on time.
- Conduct quality reviews of communications, participant data, reports, and deliverables before distribution.
- Maintain organized tracking tools to monitor action items, deadlines, participant communications, and program activities to support timely execution.
Learning Systems & Technology:
- Administer learning events within the Learning Management System (LMS), including creating sessions, managing enrollments, tracking attendance, and maintaining accurate learning records.
- Maintain accurate learning data, participant information, dashboards, and reports.
- Support SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Planner, and other collaboration tools used to administer Talent Development programs.
- Troubleshoot basic system and registration issues while coordinating with vendors or internal partners when additional support is required.
- Ensure learning records and documentation remain accurate, current, and complete.
Program Administration:
- Coordinate assigned Talent Development programs by maintaining project schedules, communications, participant lists, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor registrations and participation trends and communicate potential concerns or scheduling conflicts in a timely manner.
- Coordinate recurring communications, reminders, confirmations, surveys, and participant updates.
- Support Talent Development initiatives through effective coordination and administration.
- Maintain standard operating procedures, templates, and program documentation to support consistent program delivery.
Communication & Stakeholder Support:
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, business leaders, HR Business Partners, vendors, facilitators, and program participants.
- Communicate professionally, proactively, and accurately regarding program schedules, logistics, deadlines, and participant information.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, meeting materials, and status updates that accurately communicate program progress, participation metrics, and operational information.
- Communicate potential issues, scheduling conflicts, or operational concerns in a timely manner and recommend appropriate next steps when applicable.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting enterprise Talent Development initiatives.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Human Resources, project coordination, program administration, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Experience coordinating multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (Workday Learning, Percipio, or similar platforms) preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), SharePoint, and other collaboration tools
