What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience
  • 3+ years of sourcing, full cycle recruiting, or talent acquisition experience with proven success in utilizing a range of recruitment tools and resources.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience
  • 3+ years multi-state recruitment to include geography-based sourcing strategies within a metric driven environment.
  • 3+ years proven tech savviness of ATS, CRM, and Microsoft Office.

Skills
  • Bilingual is a plus, not required.
