Description

We're a stealth-mode cybersecurity startup with experienced founders and strong backing. We're building offensive security technology for large organizations, we’re a post product-market-fit looking to scale up operations

The role

We're hiring an SDR to build the top of our go-to-market funnel. You'll own outbound and event-driven outreach, turn interest into qualified meetings for our sales team, and sit at the intersection of sales and marketing. This is a hands-on role for someone who builds real relationships, not just runs sequences.

What you'll do
  • Run outbound campaigns across email, phone and LinkedIn to security leaders in our target accounts
  • Follow up quickly with companies that engage with us, including website visitors and event attendees
  • Invite prospects to our events and industry conferences, and follow up afterward
  • Book qualified meetings and keep the pipeline clean and up to date
  • Work closely with sales and marketing on messaging, targeting and campaign results
  • Build and improve the outreach workflows and automations you use every day
RequirementsWho we're looking for

We care more about who you are than how many years you've done this. You might be an experienced SDR/BDR who knows how to run campaigns end to end, or an early-career candidate with a lot of potential who can prove it.

  • Sharp, creative and curious, with a strong drive to win
  • A genuine people person who builds trust and relationships quickly
  • Organized and persistent, comfortable owning a pipeline
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Comfortable working with sales and marketing tools, CRM and outreach automation
  • Experience selling to security teams, or a background in cybersecurity
Nice to have
  • An existing network in the US security community
  • Experience at an early-stage startup

Compensation: $85K–$110K OTE + equity
