The System Support and Innovation division currently has an opening for Technical Configuration Management Support in Clearfield, Utah.

This position is administrative in nature and will provide configuration management support to multiple functional areas of the F-16 Aircraft Structural Integrity Program (F-16 ASIP) to include Flight Data Download Processing, cleaning, and verifying the accuracy of digitized F-16 Technical Orders and performing functional testing of software changes made to the F-16 ASIP Portal software.

Responsibilities

  • Perform software testing, as software changes are completed, documenting findings and pass/fail status and providing those finding back to the software developer.

  • Clean and verify the accuracy of digitized F-16 Technical Orders (TO’s). Bookmark and link F-16 TO’s for compiling into the quarterly deliverable.

  • Support the F-16 ASIP Integrator, by performing daily downloads of the F-16 flight data from the F-16 ASIP Portal and processing the data in the PERFORMS software tool, Saving and organizing the processed files, notifying the ASIP Integrator when the task is completed, and performing further file distribution as scheduled or directed.

  • All responsibilities are administrative in nature and currently do not require specific experience, certifications, or degrees.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 1 or more years of directly related experience to the position.

  • Experience in the configuration management of documents/records is a must.

  • Ability to follow documented processes and provide input into process improvement initiatives

  • Candidate must be able to pass a DoD background check and obtain DoD computer access

  • Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe professional, and other related software programs.

  • Individual Attributes:

  • Exceptional time management skills.

  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Able to work under pressure of tight deadlines to ensure deliverable deadlines are met.

  • Independent Judgment/Decision making abilities important.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiar with digitization software and processes

  • Familiar with virtual computing concepts (cloud-based applications)

  • Familiarity with Windows 10, Windows file share and Windows Explorer, and experience with working on a VPN is desired

  • Experience with Sprint/Scrum meetings and Agile Methodology

Pay Range:Pay Range $40,300.00 - $72,850.00
